Business Internship Program

Description

This internship provides a dense and personalized experience in global marketing and sales within the bearing industry. Activities include company introduction and factory tours, learning to read the bearing catalog, overseas market research, business trip planning, case studies on product troubleshooting, sales skill development such as presentation techniques, and technical experience with 3D design at the Central Research Institute of Technology. Optional sessions include employee round-table discussions, self-analysis with HR officers, and social skills training (communication, business card exchange). Follow-up training, qualification acquisition support, and exhibition tours are offered as additional benefits. A certificate of completion is awarded for one-week participants. The duration for this internship can be from 1 day to 1 week, all year round & Partial travel expense is covered. Expenses up to 11,000 yen.
